I have grouped those teams who are not the first team into ‘non-first team’ responsibilities. Note: Most clubs will have more than one team, for example a first team, and then a reserve or B team, under 19s or under 18s etc. I will also include my preference with the tasks with justification for why I make the decision to delegate or keep control of these tasks.
